What we keep, and why.
- What we keep
- When you send an order request: your name, your phone number, the items you asked for, where you’ll collect them, and any note you add. Nothing else — no payment details, because nothing is paid on this site.
- Why
- Only to handle your request: to call you, confirm what you want, and hand it over at the shop.
- For how long
- 12 months from the day you send the request. After that your name and phone number are removed from our records; what was ordered stays, with no way to tell it was you.
- Who sees it
- OriTech staff who handle orders. We don’t sell it or share it with anyone else.
- Your say
- You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — at the shop in , or when we call you.
- The law
- We handle your details under Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019.
